Warehousing is part of fulfilment. Warehousing is a service that handles only stocking and storage, for example in containers or pallets. Fulfilment also processes those stocks and handles shipping the goods to the customer. These may be wholesalers or consumers.

Warehousing companies only store products for use at a later date. Fulfilment centres store products for shorter periods. They collect orders, package them and ensure they are sent to your customers on time.
