At MoreStorage, we have a sophisticated system to handle the acceptance of incoming goods. We get it right first time. We welcome your stocks with extra checks and efficient routes, which prevents problems later. If you import from and/or export to other countries, we can help you do business beyond borders with our customs warehouse and agent.

Trouble-free acceptance

For us, acceptance means more than blindly taking possession of goods. Once you have reported your goods to us with a PO (purchase order), we immediately plan in sufficient capacity. We carry out an initial check and verify the quantities, size, weight and other requirements (such as coding and packaging) of the items. If everything is in order, we store them smartly. Our WMS calculates the best positions to ensure your goods can be processed quickly and correctly. In this way, we keep your customers satisfied.

Acceptance of goods from (or to be sent) abroad

For online stores that do business internationally, MoreStorage has a customs warehouse with an in-house customs agent. We can store, sell and ship all goods covered by T1 (not yet cleared). While you do need to pay import duties, you can postpone payment of VAT (defer payment to the destination country). If you plan to start trading internationally, we're happy to help you with all aspects of importing and exporting. This includes requesting an Article 23 license and a VAT number.
