How our returns fulfilment works
- You report the return in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This includes rejected orders, defects and products that didn't meet your customers' expectations.
- We accept the returns and process them within 24 hours in the WMS.
- We report the reason for the return and the condition of the returned product to you.
- If you have special wishes, such as returns forms, extra quality controls and packaging requirements, you can indicate these in the WMS.
- If everything is in order, you can proceed with the financial processing of your returns if applicable.
- We give you continuous information about the orders that have been returned to us.
- We check that the goods are in original condition and return them to the warehouse to be sold again if they are approved.
